The Wattson is a device that shows you how much electricity you're using and so will help you to work out your carbon footprint, and where you can save electricity and money. Information from a transmitter attached to your electricity meter or fuse box is beamed directly to your Wattson which instantly displays your current usage. In fact, for such an ingenious device, Wattson is really easy to install and even easier to use and the instructions are completely free of techno-babble. The Wattson can now show energy use in Euros, Dollars, Yen as well as Pounds, making it a truly international product. It can measure single and also 3 phase systems, making it suitable for large houses and even small businesses.

Wattson now has a clock mode

Wattson transmitter now has a DCINPUT plugsocket

The transmitter can now either be charged via 4AA batteries or get a DC-powercharger and can be charged from the mains. We do sell extra DCpower chargers for the transmitter if you require one.

XP & Vista compatible

• Easy to install power sensor, no electrician normally required to clip the sensor to cables from your electricity meter
• Compatible with single and three phase electrical systems, for use in homes of all sizes as well as small business premises
• Sensor powered by 4 AA batteries (supplied)
• Able to measure microgenerated electricity supplies such as Solar Cells or Wind Turbines, providing a greater understanding of net energy use
• The Wattson is fully compatible with Economny 7 meters. All you need do is purchase an additional sensor that will connect to your Economy 7 feed. In the software (when setting up the Wattson) you can select both electrity tarriffs and the time of day they switch over

Windows 7 compatibility

• We do have customers running successfully on windows 7 though it is not formally supported yet with full documentation
• If any customers have issues with Windows 7 compatibility we can help you on an individual basis with the suppot of Wattson

Tips for MAC users

• Do not download the file to Program files as it needs admin rights to install
• Turn off Bluetooth on your Mac when installing and uploading data
• Set the Holmes (in the software) to auto connect to manual connect

My wife wanted to get an Efergy but after speaking with Dorian at It Must Be Green I just had to get the Wattson - and I'm so glad I did.
