"I've been using a Stefani terracotta water filter for a couple of years and it's great. Then I discovered a couple of months back that no one was importing replacement filer cartridges any more. So, on the offchance (because they seemed to specialise in filters), I called FreshWater to see if they might have some equivalent. It turned out they were already working on one, and they even sent me a prototype to test! It was perfect --and I think they have now improved it again. The cartridges are a slightly different shape from the original Stefani ones, but they fit perfectly and filter the water just as thoroughly, judging from the taste. So I've just bought two more. The company could not have been more helpful or efficient. I recommend them highly."
