The FreeLoader is an advanced portable solar charger that can power most hand held devices. Contained in a tough and stylish aluminum body, the FreeLoader is a durable and portable solution for charging phones, digital cameras, MP3 players, sat navs, iPods, PDAs and PSPs. Can power a mobile phone for 44 hours, a PSP for 2.5 hours, and a PDA for 22 hours.

The Freeloader is a Solar Charger that can hold its battery charge for up to 3 months. It can simultaneously charge hand held devices whilst at the same time having its internal battery charged by its solar cells or via its USB charge cable. It takes as little as 5 hours to charge via its panels, or 3 hours via USB. If you use a computer at home, at school or at work, the Freeloader can work alongside you, charging itself up while drawing power from your PC or laptop. This brilliant little device could relegate the mains charger for your mobile to the attic!

Compatibility

Update: The silver Freeloader is now compatible with the full iPod range, including the iPhone and iPod Touch. There is still a compatibility issue with the pink Freeloader.
