Items are delivered by Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on the product choice and the value of the order (items over 2 kg's usually go out by Parcel Force unless you have selected First Class delivery). If you wish to know when your order was dipatched, please email us and we will send you a proof of delivery note from the Post Office.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to order an item to be delivered abroad, please drop us an email FIRST. We do not ship ALL of our items abroad, so PLEASE enquire first to make sure we can help you.

If you are shipping abroad we recommend postal insurance - PLEASE get in touch if you want this. We can add this on and it is usually only about £5 more (for an average weight order), but we need to check if your destination country is covered first. Without this the Royal Mail can only cover loss or damage within the UK.
PLEASE NOTE: neither we nor the Royal Mail can track your delivery outside of the UK if you do not take out this option.

Since May 2009 we will only ship outside of Europe if you contact us first. Also, we require additional insurance for certain EU countries - we will contact you if need be prior to dispatching your goods.

We offer a gift service - please let us know what your requirements are and we can let you know a price. Anything from simple gift wrapping to cards etc.

When you place an order we will process that order the same working day

After this your order is packaged and is then ready for delivery

Orders are then picked up by the Royal Mail every day

This should mean that if you place your order in good time during the day it will be dispatched the very same day or the next day at the latest

Delivery then becomes dependent on your chosen method - i.e. 1st or 2nd class etc.

Please note - wherever possible, It Must Be Green tries to use recycled boxes and packaging to go with the Green theme.

Occasionally we also use pasta shaped polystyrene packaging. Where this might not be 100% recyclable, this particular packaging has already been used twice before through its life cycle and therefore is being used for a third time to you instead of going straight to landfill - please try and use again if possible!
Also, where some products come in a tough plastic wrapping direct from the manufacturer - this is a recyclable PET plastic.

If for any reason you would like to receive your product in new packaging (i.e. if it is for a present) then please just mention this in your order. Thanks for your understanding and commitment to recycling.
