We offer a 30 day returns policy whereby we will refund you with no questions asked. We will also honour any manufacturers guarantee - please just let us know the problem. The only thing we ask is please will you keep the original packaging - we will require this when we return the item to the manufacturers.

Please feel free to call us on 01491 836401 to speak to a customer advisor if you wish to discuss any product we offer and we will be happy to assist you as best we can. We will call the manufacturer on your behalf if required.

Further areas where we try to reduce our impact on the environment:

our transport policy - we do not use our cars for our work unless absolutely necessary

all cardboard and packaging is gathered together, reused and recycled

this includes: bubble wrap, protective fillers, envelopes, tubes, boxes

we aim to minimising all possible waste

we use water and energy efficiently

we only use biodegradable chemicals in our cleaning materials

procedures to minimise noise disturbance to neighbours

phasing out of CFCs and ozone-depleting substances
